Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Policy

1.1. Products purchased online at www.mobxgear.com can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be unused, with intact packaging.
Attach the purchase invoice and courier/shipment receipt to the parcel.
Products bought during sales or promotions are non-exchangeable.
Only products with manufacturing defects or damages will be considered for exchange.

1.2. To request an exchange:

  • Email us at mobxgear@gmail.com with images of the defective product.
  • Inbox us on our official Facebook and Instagram pages, or
  • Call us at +92 346 2667598 within 7 days of receiving the product.

1.3. Steps to Lodge a Complaint:

  • Provide your Order Number.
  • Attach photos of the defective product.
  • Include a picture of the parcel and shipment receipt.

1.4. Once we receive the defective product, our team will review it and either:

  • Exchange it for the same product, or
  • Replace it with a product of equal value.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. No Refunds: Refunds are only offered in rare cases, such as when the product is out of stock.
2.2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2.3. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.


3. Order Cancellation

3.1. Orders can be canceled before they are processed:

3.3. MobxGear reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Out-of-stock items.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1. MobxGear provides reliable shipping services with timely delivery across Pakistan.
4.2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Payments are collected at the time of delivery.
4.3. Customers can check their order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
4.4. Once delivered, products cannot be returned unless there is a valid reason (change of mind is not accepted).

4.5. For orders above PKR 10,000:

  • A customer service representative will call to confirm the order.
  • Failure to confirm may result in delays or cancellation.

4.6. MobxGear reserves the right to modify shipping policies at any time.


5. Payment Policy

5.1. Currently, only Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
5.2. Online payment options like Visa, MasterCard, Easypaisa, and JazzCash will be introduced soon.
5.3. All credit or debit card payments will be secured using SSL encryption.


6. Delivery Timelines

6.1. Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
6.2. Delays may occur due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. MobxGear will not be liable for such delays
